AppointmentsA major credit card is required to hold the appointment or to charge the $ 50 dollars fee of the cancellation notice or no-show penalty. Thirty minutes is suggested to arrival before the appointment to allow time to change into a robe and fill-up the Spa-guest-form.
Spa Guest Form
Proceeding to your service, you may be required to complete a "Spa guest form" to maintain your comfort and to let us to securely provide our services by reducing any risk of harm.
Tipping is not included in the prices and a minimum of customary 20% of the total bill is suggested. Gift certificates do not include spa gratuities except when noted.
Rodolfo Valentin Salon Spas, reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or increase charges on certain treatments without previous announcement to guarantee that full values of service and excellence are met.
Method of Payment
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash.
As noted in our spa policies we are not able to take appointments for children under the age of 16 years, except escorted by a parent.
A Rodolfo Valentin Salons Spas gift certificate makes a delightful gift for any merriment. Gift certificates are not refundable, not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. Packages gift certificates can be used for a full year from the date of issue. After a year a gift package certificate will be converted into the "value" originally paid. That value will be credited to any salon or spa services selected by the gift certificate holder.
How to Spa
Advice our staff of any allergies or sensitivities, some medical conditions or prescriptions can be in conflict with some services.
Please note that as showing in our spa policies do not perform any massage treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy.
As a politeness to other guests, cell phones should be turned off.
Robes and slippers are provided for your coziness. For the safeguard of your attire, we ask that you wear the robe that is delivered.
We are not responsible for loss, damage of stolen articles. We commend that you leave your valuables at home. Please retain all valuables with you at all times.
